Refund policy

Quotations require an 80% deposit before work or equipment is scheduled or ordered, with the remaining 20% due on practical completion.

Deposits are non-refundable once materials or equipment have been ordered, or work has commenced, except where required by law. Cancellations made before work begins and before materials or equipment are ordered may be eligible for a partial refund of the deposit, less any costs already incurred.
